Sheshnag Lake
Perched at an altitude of about 3,658 m above the sea level, Sheshnag Lake is a stunning mountain lake that remains blanketed with thick ice till the month of June when the ice melts and the lake comes back to life. It is believed that this is the place where Lord Shiva left his snake while heading for the Amarnath Cave.
