A small village in Jabalpur city at Madhya Pradesh, Bhedaghat is a popular tourist spot. The holy river of Narmada passes through marble rocks, which offers a chance to enjoy boating whilst enjoying the natural beauty. Some of the major attractions of the region are Dhaundhar Falls, Marble Rocks and the Chaunsath Yogini Temple.

Housing three prominent attractions, Bhedaghat makes for a perfect weekend destination. Dhuandhar is a small water fall where river water cascades down and generates water-fog. This beautiful point offers great opportunity to capture the moment. The plunges in waterfall creates a bouncing mass of mist due to smoke, called as Dhuandhar and very powerful roar which can be heard from a far distance.

Chausat Yogini temple, located in hill-top where we can see significantly carved Yogini statues of 10th century, is another major attraction of the region. Chausath Yogini Temple Khajuraho being other. Chausat Yogini temple is one of the four major extant temples made of coarse granite and Lord Shiva temple is situated in the middle of complex.
Another popular attraction here is the Hanumantal Bada jain Mandir, which is one of the most famous and historic Jain temples, situated right on the edge of Hanumantal. It is the largest independent Jain temple in India.

Tourist can also get indulged in various activities like boat riding, rope way ride, ancient temple visit, whilst enjoying the scenic view of water fall and spending time shopping.

Best time to visit Bhedaghat
Bhedaghat can be visited throughout the year, and boating and rope-way rides are popular activity to do. These activities remain closed in monsoon season i.e. from July to September in which tourist arrival is least. The best time to visit Bhedaghat is from October to April, as majority of tourist travel to Bhedghat in this period.

How to reach Bhedaghat
By Air – Bhedaghat can be reached by surface travel from Jabalpur and can be visited any time. In rainy season, boating remains closed for approx. 03 months.
By Train – Bhedaghat has its own railway station with the name of "Bhedaghat". It is a small station due to which all major trains use to skip this station thus Jabalpur railway station (25kms) is considered as the best suitable railway connectivity for reaching Bhedaghat village.
By Road – Bhedaghat is well connected by road. One can easily travel by road from nearby tourist destinations like Bandhavgarh national park, Kanha national park, Pachmarhi, Panna national park etc.
